The first thing you need to do is get in contact with us by either phone or email. If you contact us via email you need to leave us some contact details, so a member of our team can contact you to discuss your site.
If you contact us via phone, we will be happy to discuss your needs and take down notes on what you would like, if you have a specification or an existing written proposal, then you can email to one of our team members. We can then create a specification and a quote, which we will then send to you.
Once the quote has been excepted we will require a 50% deposit before any work commences on your site.
Once the site is completed it will be uploaded onto our servers in the US and we will password protect it so you can inspect it before the site goes live.
After you are happy with the site, we will send you an invoice for the final payment. Once this payment has been received and a hosting agreement has been finalised, your site will be made live and we will then be available to fix any teething problems with the site or make any last minute changes to the site ( obviously at extra cost if it is not in the agreed specification).
