Reality Creations Ltd realised that there was a huge opportunity. Reality Creations specializes in powerful data base driven, web based software. True experts in this field are quite difficult to find in Yorkshire and the cost is high. Inevitably the final price to our clients has to reflect these costs.

One of the directors of Reality Creations, James Hitchcock has ownership over another company that manufactures and imports plastic products from China. James decided to set up a number of meetings. “Initial meetings proved a little tricky. The problem was that the language used is very technical and therefore the translator simply didn’t know what the programmers were talking about, let alone how to say it in English to me. Eventually we found a great person called Xunzhou who was perfect for our situation; he is a very talented self-taught PHP programmer who had previously had experience of teaching English"

We are now in the process of sending test coding projects over to china and our UK team communicate with the Chinese office via instant messenger, emails and VOIP (voice over internet). It seems to be working well and the preliminary code results look very good. It won’t be long before we can offer our clients high end web sites at prices that were simply unachievable.
