They are experts in assisting both corporate and private investors to purchase property in Budapest, which is widely considered to be one of Europe's most exciting property hot-spots. When we first met with Access Hungary, they showed us their existing flat-file based website, which was proving both difficult and expensive to keep up to date. We gave them a demonstration of our Control Suite software, and created a brief for a new website which would allow them to update and maintain all aspects of its content by themselves.

We customised our News, Page Editor and Developments Manager modules with the features they needed to support their design, which they had created externally. We then turned their graphical template into a fully dynamic website, which consistently achieves over 10,000 hits per day.

This combination worked so well for Access Hungary that they asked us to develop them a Client Relationship Manager which could be linked directly with their website and Control Suite. We customised our CRM module so that users registering their details on the Access Hungary website are automatically added to the client database, and e-mails sent to Access Hungary staff enabling them to immediately follow up leads. We also created them a custom conversion tool which allowed them to import their previous Microsoft Excel based client database into our software.

Access Hungary are currently expanding into other countries - soon they will have separate websites for Access Bulgaria, Access Croatia, Access Turkey and more, all manageable from the same Control Suite interface.
